Evaluation of FNP
Evaluation of your FNP programs
provides important feedback to you and to those who provide our
funding.
It helps:
• you see where you
can improve your teaching.
• FNP determine what
resources may be needed to better support your activities.
• demonstrate to your
county boards the impact you're making.
• demonstrate to USDA
the impact FNP is making in Kansas- important for our continued
funding.
There are two kinds of evaluation
data that you collect for FNP
Quantitative data:
• Program Activity
Sheets
• Evaluation forms
that you have your clients complete
Qualitative data:
• Evaluation that
you provide through your success stories
Both of these are equally
important.
The Program
Activity Sheet should accompany each set of evaluation
forms administered at each session. Exceptions will be for pre-school.
There are no evaluation forms required for that age group. We can
not use any evaluation data that do not have their corresponding
Program Activity Sheet.
DO NOT SEND ANY EVALUATIONS
THAT YOU HAVE ALTERED! They may be useful for you to evaluate
your effectiveness, but may not be part of the state summary.
